2023 Exterior Painting in Pasadena, CA
After a complete walkthrough with the customer we came up with a plan of action. An estimate was given and we were awarded the job. The house and garage were sanded, patched, spot prime and painted. The fascia boards were a full prime.
Some carpentry work was done to replace some termite damaged window sills and shingles. The front door veneer was removed and replaced and painted.
Front patio and chimney stucco were plaster for a smooth look. The concrete patios were also painted.
